Sunday Voice is an invite-only beta for the Sundayable team, run by Sundayable Inc. This page says what the app reads, what we keep, and who processes it.
The short version
- We never store your audio, your transcripts or the text Sunday Voice types for you.
- If you connect Gmail or Slack, we read your own sent messages to learn your style and the names you use. We keep the style note and the word list, never the messages.
- Importing from your local AI history happens on your Mac. Only words and counts leave it.
What we keep
| Account | Your Google name, email address and profile picture, from signing in. |
|---|---|
| Usage | Monthly counts: seconds of audio, number of dictations and rewrite requests. Used for the 600-minute monthly limit. |
| Voice cards | A short description of how you write in English and in Korean, which you can read and edit in the app. |
| My words | Names and terms you use (for example people, clients and tools), with counts and spellings, so the speech recogniser gets them right. You can turn any word off or remove it. |
| Connections | Whether Gmail or Slack is connected, and the connection ID at Composio. No passwords. |
What passes through but is not kept
When you dictate
Your audio streams straight from your Mac to OpenAI for transcription. The transcript goes through our server to a language model that tidies it (OpenRouter, routed to Groq, with OpenAI as a fallback) and comes back to your Mac to be pasted. We don't log or save the audio, the transcript or the result.
When you connect Gmail or Slack
Access is read-only, through Composio. When you build or refresh your voice, we read up to 120 of your sent emails and up to 500 of your own Slack messages from the last 90 days. Messages in Slack channels shared with other companies are left out of your word list. The text is processed in memory to write your voice cards (by OpenAI) and to count names and terms, then discarded.
When you import from local AI history
This only runs when you choose it. The app reads the prompts you typed into tools such as Claude Code on your Mac, counts words there, and sends only the candidate words and their counts to us.
Who processes data for us
| OpenAI | Speech-to-text, voice cards, word classification, fallback rewrite. |
|---|---|
| OpenRouter and Groq | Rewriting the transcript into clean text. |
| Composio | Read-only Gmail and Slack connections. |
| Sign-in, and Gmail when you connect it. | |
| Vercel | Hosts this site and the Sunday Voice server. |
| Neon | Database for the data listed under “What we keep”. |
We send these requests under each provider's API terms and don't opt in to model training.
Your choices
- Remove Sunday Voice's access to Gmail or Slack at any time from your Google account or Slack settings, or ask us to disconnect it.
- Edit your voice cards and words in the app.
- Email dan@sundayable.com to delete your account. Deleting it removes your usage, voice cards, words and connections.
